Certificate reminders
Tell us when your next gas safety check, electrical safety report or EPC is due, and we’ll email you 60, 30 and 7 days before, and once after. Free, with no account.
How it works
- We email you a link to confirm. Nothing else is sent until you press it.
- Each reminder says what the next certificate needs and where to book it.
- After the date, one more email offers to set the next reminder, with the date filled in.
- We keep your email address, the certificate, its date and the nickname, and nothing else.
- Every email has a link to unsubscribe, which stops them all and deletes your address.
Not sure when the next one is due? The guides on gas safety, electrical safety reports and EPCs explain how often each is needed.
HouseFile keeps the certificates for every property you let in one place and reminds you before each one is due.
Every property gets its own file, with a reminder before any certificate expires. When you share documents with your tenant, you'll see when they open each one.
