How paying works

The free trial
You get 14 days on up to 5 properties, and no card is asked for. The trial never turns into a paid plan on its own. When it ends, your account becomes read-only until you choose a plan: your records stay viewable and the tenant links you’ve shared keep working, but you can’t add or share anything new.
Monthly or yearly
You pay in advance, and the plan renews at the end of each period until you cancel. Paying yearly saves at least 16%.
Changing plan
You can switch plan or billing period at any time from the Plan & billing page. The change takes effect straight away, and you see any prorated charge or credit before you confirm.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from the same page. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and then your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
Refunds
Payments aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it. The trial is there so you can decide before you pay anything.
