Discounts off Part B: £50 for EPC B or above (total £1,200); £100 for accredited landlords (LLAS/NRLA/UKALA/ARLA/RICS/Safeagent, total £1,150). Discounts void if council made 2+ document requests or served a warning letter for unlicensed operation.
