- £1,450 per property: £800 when you apply, which isn't refunded, and £650 when the draft licence is issued. Discounts come off the second part: £50 if you're accredited with LLAS, the NRLA, UKALA or the BLA, or a member of ARLA Propertymark or Safeagent, and £100 for an EPC of C or above. You lose the discounts if the council has had to ask twice for documents or has sent you a warning letter for not licensing the property.
